Pond Works has a highly experienced, dedicated team trained to clean and service everything from small domestic water features, formal lined ponds, concrete ponds, natural swim ponds, ecosystem ponds, streams, and waterfalls to very large commercial jobs. We do it all!

Pond Works can design a maintenance program to suit your needs whether that be a big annual spring clean out or a more regular maintenance call to stay on top of things.

Our advanced systems allow for owners, landlords and property managers to have photographs and details sent through with each job and our recurring booking system helps those that don’t want to think about it or task the rebooking to staff.

How often should I have my Pond cleaned?

For most ecosystem ponds we recommend a minimum once annual clean, however if you like to keep your pond in a more pristine condition, we offer fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and bi-annual packages.

So what happens when we come to clean your feature?

Clean and maintain filtration systems
Rinse and wash filter mats
Remove debris from the pond and filter
Power wash rocks and gravel
Maintain pump functionality
Prune and trim plants for healthy growth

Observe fish health
Reseal waterfall rocks as needed
Inspect for any low edges
Maintain any additional UV or canister filters
Check low voltage lighting systems
Detoxify your water ready for your fish to be returned

Rest assured our highly trained and dedicated team will remove your fish from your pond and move them to a suitable holding tank while we clean your pond or water feature.
